At the time of receiving the product, any apparent damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery document for subsequent claims and in any case, the expression "PENDING TO BE CHECKED" must be noted. No claim will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the product or that does not include the aforementioned expression. If any product is not available at a certain moment, we will contact you to give you an alternative or to give you the delivery time
The shipping time can vary from 24 hours to 7 days, depending on availability, although in most cases the shipments are made in 24 - 36 hours once payment has been received.

RETURNS
All our products have their corresponding guarantee. In addition, in the hypothetical case that it could suffer damage during the transfer, it has 24 hours from the moment of receiving the product. You only have to state in the carrier's delivery document any apparent damage for subsequent replacement.

It must be communicated in writing, describing the reasons to the email: info@rmdistribuccions.com (attaching the necessary documentation and performing within the established deadlines).
The fees paid for delivery and collection of the product will be discounted (the amount may vary according to the rates applied by the transport agency and the dimensions of the product).
10% of the amount due to product review costs will be deducted.
